Important Notes:

Curriculum – Simply click on the Curriculum tab and you will see each modules’ training videos and additional learning resources. It is recommended that you go through these modules in order and aim to focus on only one module a week, although it is not essential.

Asking For Help – If you need help with anything you can do this using the message button in the bottom right hand corner of the members area. Please start a new conversation for every new question you have.

Expected Response Times – If you have submitted a question or task that requires a simple “yes” or “no” answer please expect a response within 2 business days. For more complex queries please expect an answer within 5 business days as these will require more time to tailor a suitable and personalised response. Either way, please know that success in your relationship is my priority and I am working on your question from the moment it comes in!
